The aim of the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Department is to provide support for all students who need additional support to help them make progress and fulfil their potential academically, personally and socially. Some support is available from Teaching Assistants in lessons, however the Learning Base is open every day to help develop literacy and numeracy skills as well as offer support with homework/coursework and examination preparation.  All students are welcome to attend.

Our first concern is always the progress and wellbeing of your children and we appreciate any feedback you have: if you ever have any concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
